Delivery

Automated Order Registration Message

Each separate orders are accompanied by an automated e-mail message, within a specific period of time, on behalf of the COMPANY, which includes confirmation of receipt of your order and summarisation of order content.

The e-mail from the COMPANY is only a confirmation that the order has been received with the content listed and in no way constitutes acceptance of the order or agreement of terms of sale.

No modification of the order or new agreement on it will be accepted unless it is recorded in writing and accepted by both parties.


Phone Confirmation of your Order

Your order may be followed by a telephone confirmation in accordance with its order of priority (if this is deemed appropriate for reasons of protection of the customer's interests or in case of error when placing the order) and provided the availability of the product(s).


Delivery Time Order / Delivery Method


All orders are shipped by the a cooperating transport company (ACS COURIER) or by the Hellenic Post (ELTA) by customer's choice.

All orders are sent to the cooperating shipping company the next business day of receipt. The delivery time of your order by ACS is considered to take place on the next working day for areas within Attica and in 1-3 working days for areas outside Attica.


You can also choose to pick up your orders from the headquarters of the COMPANY (2nd km. Lavriou - Souniou Avenue, Lavrio, Attica) or from the branch of the COMPANY (44 Sofokleos Street, Piraeus) without any shipping costs. In this case, you must first confirm that your order is ready for delivery by calling +30 210 428 4010 prior.

The COMPANY is obliged to deliver the products to the consumer without undue delay and definitely within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the order.

Shipping / Replacement Expenses

In the case of COD (cash on delivery) payments, there is an additional charge of 2,50€ for orders delivered by ACS and 3.00€ for the Hellenic Post.  

For heavier pieces, over 20kg, the COMPANY will contact you regarding costs. It may be more economical for orders to be delivered by shipping agencies. In any case, the COMPANY will  be in contact with you regarding the options and cost of delivery for items over 20kg. 

Delivery charges with ACS Courier are 2,50 € up to 2kg and 0,80€ for each additional kg within Attica


Delivery charges with Hellenic Post are 3,00 € for each kg and 0,50€ for each additional kg within Attica
